Yes, it is important for us to look at the compensation aspect but, we will also be looking at the intended definition of members of the Service. That will enable us come up with a proper definition of compensation; that is whether it is to the policemen or the civilians who are working there. We must also put a cap at a certain level. If your contract has expired, that is when the Government should give you that treatment and compensation. With those few remarks, Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support the Bill with an intention of bringing a few amendments."
