    "content": "time the IG and the Cabinet Secretary, Major-General Nkaissery looked at issues that affect counties like Trans-Nzioa, for example, a police commander serving in one station for more than five years. This is very unjust. Why should some officers be transferred while others remain untouched? So, these are the issues that we need to address. We want to have in place a police force that is professional in nature and one that respects human rights by upholding the Constitution of this country.
