    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a Ministerial statement on rampant abuse of alcohol by under 18 year old teenagers. Now, that Alcoholic Beverages Control Act of 2010 has been gazetted, could he outline measures put in place to operationalise, among others, production of prove of age in alcohol outlets including supermarkets and also the measures he is undertaking on enforcement of surveillance or policing at the point of sale at all alcohol outlets, including wines and spirits and also on promotions and advertisements for both the electronic and print media? Finally, would he also consider immediate cancellation of any licenses by manufacturers or sellers or retailers who violate the Act?"
