We have never seen you referring or taking the matter to a research officer. That is why you have been ruling promptly. We want to thank you for that. You have also been very frank. If it is black, you would call it black and if it is white, you would call it white. You have not been a pretender. That is a very good quality in terms of leadership. If you are old, you are old and if you are young you are young."
