Gikaria had indicated that there is repetition of (d) and (j) which talk about self-recording, abstention and division. My worry is on (k) which states: “commits any other breach of these Standing Orders and in the opinion of the Speaker constitutes disorderly conduct”. At times, it becomes difficult to know where the boundary is. Suppose we have a rogue Speaker, he could easily abuse this provision. That was my only concern. Otherwise, order in the House is very important and we need to have some strict rules so that people can respect the Floor so that we can transact business. I support."
