Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Standing Order 141 be amended— (a) by deleting the head note and substituting therefor the following new head note– “Lapse and Re-introduction of Bills” (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (3)– (3A) The provisions of paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of this Standing Order shall not apply to a Bill to amend the Constitution, a Division of Revenue Bill, County Allocation of Revenue Bill or a Bill originating from the Senate.
