    "content": "This is a very important amendment. I want to thank you and the Committee. We had incidents where a Bill was touching on both Houses and the President sent a reservation to both Houses. The National Assembly dealt with it but the Senate kept it for two years. An example is the Petroleum Exploration Bill and the Energy Bill. This is now setting a stage where in case the reservation concerns both Houses, a joint Committee of both Houses is set and a timeframe is given. If we had this in the Standing Orders, those Bills could not have been there today. I am sure that was very good foresight. It had made clarity on how far you can amend a presidential reservation with the permission of the Speaker. I support."
