    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to second this Motion. In doing so, I want to highlight the dilemma of this Committee in the sense that it is a Committee which is over-sighting six Ministries, namely, the Ministry of Labour, Youth Affairs and Sports, Gender, Children and Social Development, Ministry of State for National Heritage, Ministry of State for Special Programmes and even the Office of the Vice-President and Ministry of Home Affairs. Looking at our task, I can ask that maybe, in the next Parliament, this Committee be broken into three for it to do justice to some of the roles that it is supposed to oversight. Currently, we are not doing justice to the people of Kenya by looking at their problems with such a wide scope of roles."
