    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Chairman. I think this is a very good inclusion and an important improvement on the current Standing Orders. I can see that there is a provision for the Member who is going to be suspended to be heard. However, it is not very clear who hears that particular member, whether it is the Speaker or the parliamentary party that nominated the particular member. If it is a parliamentary party, then that also already creates a rut within it because if it is the party that is discharging me and they have already made a decision, then it is more of fait compli in terms of that particular hearing. So, I am wondering. It is a good provision, but I think it might really not take sufficient effect, if at all it is a political party that suspends the Member that is the one that is according the hearing. I thank you."
