    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Chairman. The proposals by the Committee are good and fundamental. Oversight committees are just like other committees. Therefore, I am moving an amendment on the appointment of Members and the terms. “The Members of the Committee shall be nominated and approved by the House at the commencement of every Session.” I find that a bit repugnant. It kills every aspect of institutional memory."
