    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Chairman. I would like to support the Committee’s amendment. Given the nature of the Public Accounts Committee - and we have seen what happens with every successive Public Accounts Committee - we are not trying to say that all of us are beyond reproach. It is only fair that in every particular Session, we give the Public Accounts Committee a fresh start. It will be very dangerous to have a Public Accounts Committee sit for the entire term of Parliament. That will be precarious and the most dangerous thing you can ever do to any Parliament. I support the Committee’s amendment."
