    "content": "Hon. Deputy Chairman, I stand here to oppose the proposal. My approach is that it is very difficult to have a Committee that sits to investigate a matter in this country and before they even end the investigation, their term expires. Knowing that in most cases we tend to train Members, there is no need to train them and then before they utilise the skills they have been trained for, membership is changed. It is always better to have them serve for the entire term of Parliament."
