Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Standing Order 209 be amended by inserting the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph (3)— “(4) The Committee on Implementation shall consist of a Chairperson and not more than sixteen other members. (5) In the membership of the Committee on Implementation, parties other than parliamentary parties forming the national government or associated with the President shall have a majority of one” This is to ensure that the membership of the Committee on Implementation, parties other than parliamentary parties forming the national Government shall have a minority vote of one."
