Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Standing Orders be amended by deleting Standing Order 234 and substituting therefor the following new Standing Order— “CONSIDERATION OF A COUNTY ALLOCATION OF REVENUE BILL 234. (1) Whenever the County Allocation of Revenue Bill is referred to the House, the House shall consider the Bill within ten days and the provisions of Article 111 of the Constitution shall apply. (2) In considering a County Allocation of Revenue Bill, the House shall take into account any recommendation submitted by the Commission on Revenue Allocation, pursuant to the provisions of Article 205 of the Constitution.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
