    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Chairman. I would like to support this particular amendment. The reason I support this particular amendment is what is contained in Clause 243 (2) where it is asking that for you to have a supplementary budget, there shall be a statement showing how that relates to the fiscal responsibility principles and financial objectives. I really think that the manner in which we have been passing supplementary budgets sometimes does not respond or accord to this particular Standing Order. I really think it is a good provision. I support."
