    "content": "the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning shall introduce to the National Assembly the Finance Bill in the form in which the Bill was submitted as a legislative proposal by the Cabinet Secretary, together with the report of the Committee on the Bill.” (b) in paragraph (4) by deleting the word “approved” appearing immediately after the words “consider and” and substitute therefor the word “pass”. The justification is that following the submission of the legislative proposal by the Cabinet Secretary under the Standing Order No.244(c), the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade shall introduce to the National Assembly the Finance Bill in the form that the Bill was submitted as a legislative proposal by the Cabinet Secretary together with the report of the Committee on the Bill."
