    "content": "THAT, the Standing Orders be amended by inserting the following new Standing Order immediately after Standing Order 25— Designation of a place in the Chamber for Cabinet Secretaries and other persons. 25A. The Speaker may designate a suitable place in the Chamber or at the bar of the House for— (a) the Cabinet Secretary responsible for finance to make a public pronouncement of the budget policy highlights and revenue raising measures for the national government as contemplated under the Public Finance Management Act; (b) other persons to make submissions or presentations before the House. This is about the designation of a place in the Chamber for Cabinet Secretaries and other persons."
