Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Standing Orders be amended by inserting the following new Standing Orders immediately after Standing Order 82— Member who has spoken to question may speak to amendment 82A. Where an amendment has been moved, and if necessary seconded, any Member who has already spoken to the main question may speak to the amendment, and any Member who has not spoken to the main question but speaks to the amendment does not thereby forfeit the right to speak to the main question.
