    "content": "THAT, the Standing Orders be amended by inserting the following new Standing Order immediately after Standing Order 205— “Special Fund Accounts Committee 205A. (1) There shall be a select committee to be designated the Special Fund Accounts Committee. (2) The Committee shall be responsible for the examination of the accounts of— (a) the Equalisation Fund; (b) the Political Parties Fund; (c) the Judiciary Fund; (d) the National Government Constituency Development Fund; and (e) such other Fund established by law as the Speaker may direct. (3) The Committee shall consist of a Chairperson who shall be, so far as is practicable, be an Independent and not more than sixteen other members. (4) In the Membership of the Committee, parties other than parliamentary parties forming the national government shall have a majority of one. (5) The Members of the Committee shall be nominated and approved by the House at the commencement of every Session”. This has to do with the Special Fund Accounts Committee."
