It does not make proper grammatical sense. Even though I appreciate the principle behind it, it does not make proper grammatical sense. Secondly, I was hoping that they would have provided something about transition. The Pan-African Parliament will be sitting just immediately after the elections, but grammatically, there is a problem with the Mew Standing Order No.212A."
