    "content": "I support this amendment because we are here on behalf of the people of Kenya. Under the new transparent leadership, Kenyans want to know whether their Members of Parliament are in the House or not. That is why I agree that we must have custody of the request for permission kept somewhere. There are a number of times when people have written petitions asking their Members to be disqualified as Members of Parliament.
