    "content": "This was a clause that was deleted by the House from the published Bill and sought to amend section 44A of the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act. The reason for this amendment is specified above. Just like the previous one, it is just to make sure that we protect the young people of our country from directing their energy and focus on betting, lottery and gaming activities instead of productive economic engagement.
