    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I had just started by saying that I support the recommendations of this Committee. First, I would like to congratulate them for doing a good job in terms of vetting candidates. But I must also go back and congratulate the two principals; the President and the Prime Minister, for acknowledging the fact that they also live in a new age where it is not enough for them to just make appointments and throw them to Parliament. As a matter of fact, they started by advertizing the jobs, receiving applications, listed them on the Kenya Gazette and let all Kenyans know who were the persons they were considering for these very important positions, especially those of the Chairman."
