First and foremost, I would like to thank the people of Lafey, and more so the people of the greater Mandera East Constituency, whom I have represented many times within and outside this Parliament. I would also like to join my colleagues who have said that as we go to campaign for the forthcoming general election, we need to have peaceful elections. We should be in the forefront in ensuring that we have peaceful elections because Kenya is greater than any of us."
