"content": "Finally, I want to thank the people of Hamisi for electing me for the first time. I started politics in 1988 and I never came to this Parliament until 2013. I remember at the university, you voted for me when I was a student leader. I appreciate that. I want to thank the people of Hamisi for bringing me to this House albeit for a short moment but I have done my best. For the first time in the history of development, in my constituency, we have a university. I ask them earnestly to think about re-electing me to this august House so that I can finish those aspects of development that are undone. We have done our best at home. We have improved schools---"
