    "content": "Last week in my constituency, one kid got sick and was rushed to a dispensary. Unfortunately, the person in charge was a nurse aid. Technically, a nurse aid is an officer who is not actually qualified to handle a patient. Within a matter of 10 minutes that kid passed on. I understand he was injected with the wrong medicine. I am sure the same happens across the country, yet we have so many qualified youth in this country. If we want to assist this country address the issue of unemployment, we should consider passing this Motion."
