    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me also look at the nurse-to-patient ratio in this country. It is shameful. Although Cuba is not a First World country, it is leading in the world as far as nurse-to-patient ratio is concerned. We should adopt the Cuban approach in addressing the issue of nurse-to-patient ratio. It is not expensive and even if it is expensive, it is the right thing to do. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am here to support this Motion, and I hope all of us will do the same. Thank you."
