I have produced clinical officers being a trainer at the Nakuru Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and lately at the Kapkatet Medical Training College before I was elected to this House. I want to assure this House that we have trained very competent clinical officers and nurses at the Kapkatet Medical Training College and I know they are offering services wherever they are. For a very long time, if you look at what we have been going through, we have been having a number of challenges. When you go to constituencies, we have issues.
