In this regard, I wish to convey the message whose subject is “Nominees for Principal Secretary” which was submitted by way of a letter dated 10th June, 2013. It was addressed to my office for submission to the House and it reads as follows: “In exercise of the powers vested in me by Article 155 of the Constitution of Kenya, I do hereby submit my nominees for the Office of Principal Secretary in the respective State Departments for approval by the National Assembly.
