Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Committee observed that the nominee, Mrs. Amina Ahmed, lacked the level of knowledge and expertise required for the position of the member of the Commission on Revenue Allocation. Secondly, we believe that she did not quite have a grasp of the proper comprehension and conceptualization of the role and core functions of the Commission. The Committee unanimously, therefore, recommended that the relevant nominating political party comes up with a suitable replacement for vetting by the Committee at an appropriate time. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move and request Prof. Kaloki to second the Motion."
