    "content": "him that there is no duplication of funds. What the hon. Member is doing is trying to support this Motion, but in a negative way because the women are not demanding for funds. The President has already assented to the Bill. What remains now is the distribution of the resources that have been given to the county governments and the national Government. I do not see why the hon. Member is trying to bring the issue of women and yet, the women he is talking about were appropriately elected by the entire 47 counties. So, if a time comes for them to ask for funds to help the electorate, I do not think it is going to negatively affect his constituency. So, the point of order is this: Could the hon. Member address the issue without going into irrelevances?"
