    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support this very important Motion. I want, first of all, to congratulate Hon. Gitari for bringing this Motion to this House. For those of us who have been in this Parliament for some time, there have been attempts, even by Parliament, to have this issue addressed but it has not been attended to by the Government. A few years back when the machines at Kenyatta National Hospital were not working for quite some time, the only place where patients would be attended to was Uganda. So, we are dealing with a very delicate situation. Even the machine that we are talking about at Kenyatta National Hospital cannot be relied on. So, it is very important that this issue is addressed very seriously. What Hon. Gitari has proposed here is the responsibility of the Government.
