    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have been talking about reforms, or changes in a number of areas. Some of the areas that have not been well attended to are those to do with health. I can see that we have done fairly well in some sectors. For example, the Constituencies Development Fund has worked very well. However, it did not address the issue that this Motion is urging action on. This is a major issue which requires a lot of financial outlay."
