It is important that with the new changes that we have now--- After talking too much, we have a new Constitution now which provides for all these. It is a wake-up call for the Government to ensure that services are delivered not only in relation to these diseases but also in other areas. I remember during a past Christmas the Minister for Public Health visited a certain hospital and did not find doctors in the institution. She found some patients lying on the floor. There was another time when we had a problem with patients fetching water and taking it to the hospital when they went for treatment.
