    "content": "This country is awash with various agro-based companies that have been set up to help the farmer. However, it appears that they do not seem to serve that purpose. Therefore, there is need to see what has been the impact of these agro-based institutions. Without belabouring the point, if we had a fertilizer board, it would increase employment opportunities for our youth. In fact, we will benefit from the supply chain that will arise from such a body."
