    "content": "The seventh thing that I want to say is that by so doing this Government will have what we call a food policy. I can tell you for a fact that this country does not have a food policy, because we have people who have no idea about what happens in the countryside. I want to support the Motion, so that farmers can be encouraged to get into commercial farming and help us to have this problem of hunger sorted out. We do not want to get into what we have gotten into in the past."
