    "content": "I want this House to know that there are some people who take advantage of farmers not accessing fertilizers. They acquire it and want to sell it expensively, that is at a price that the common mwananchi cannot afford. This happens at the expense of the poor farmer. So, I support the Mover and ask the House to ensure that our country has a board and manufactures our own fertilizer which can be acceptable throughout the country.
