Members, for the convenience of the House, I wish to start to administer the oath beginning with Members living with disabilities who, for one reason or the other, may not be able to approach the Chair, and thereafter, proceed as per the list distributed to Members. I wish to remind Members that this is a sitting of the House and, therefore, Members are expected to be orderly in their conduct and follow the rules of procedure as per our Standing Orders, established precedent, customs, procedures and traditions. I am sure the fathers and mothers of the House will show the new Members how things are done here."
