    "content": "Hon. Members, I now seek the indulgence of the House to proceed to swear in Members living with disability from their seats. I had asked the clerks to show us where they are if they are already in the Chamber so that we can administer the oath or affirmation of office. I shall, thereafter, proceed as I have said and the list will be read out from here. In the event a Member living with disability is not present right now, I shall give priority to him as and when he comes into the Chamber before the conclusion of the administration of oath or affirmation of office. I can see Hon. Wanyonyi Wetangula has come in front."
