"content": "Hon. Senators, before we adjourn, I would like to invite all Senators and their guests to refreshments outside at the tents on your right as you leave the Chamber. NOTIFICATION OF OPENING OF PARLIAMENT We have come to the conclusion of business today. Standing Order No.21(1) provides that: “The President shall address the opening of the each newly elected Parliament.” The date of the opening of Parliament shall be determined after consultations between the two Speakers of Parliament and the Executive."
