    "content": "You know Hon. Chachu Ganya is the only single Member of a party called the Frontier Alliance Party. So, his party is not a parliamentary party within the reading of “a parliamentary party”. A parliamentary party must have five per cent of the sitting Members. So, Hon. Mbadi is part of my coalition and there is nothing wrong if one canvasses for a colleague. If Hon. Chachu was in ODM as he was in the last Parliament, I could still canvass for him.
