We cannot have a HBC until the Minority Coalition, which is NASA brings in its members, including the Leader of the Minority Party, the Whip of the Minority Party and three other members from the Minority side. I rest my case. I urge the House and the Leader of the Majority Party to hold their horses. We will approve the names. We have no problem, but let us do it procedurally when the Minority Coalition shall have agreed on the names of the Members to be included in the HBC. Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker."
