    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity and also for being firm because the activities of this House cannot be held to ransom by Members of the Opposition. We are here to serve Kenyans and we are serious. If they are serving their party leaders, I think they can do so elsewhere like they did yesterday in Kibera. We are here to serve the interest of Kenyans. All they want is to show that they can hold this country to ransom. By us not allowing them and proceeding with the business of the House, we are simply telling them that what they are engaging in amounts to disenfranchising this country, and it is an exercise in futility. We must move forward and approve these names so that the business of this House can continue as usual. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
