"content": "There is a saying that: “Noises from frogs do not stop cows from drinking water.” Those noises will not stop Parliament from doing its work. We are here to do our work and we will continue. If they want to come, they are free to do so. They can also stay out there and we will continue with our work. We have the will of Kenyans who have given us the responsibility and mandate to represent them in this august House. We are running late and we want to start working for the people of this nation. We cannot be stopped by the croaking of frogs out there. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
