    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate you for having been re- elected. The 11th Parliament was a transitional one because it came in immediately after the promulgation of the new Constitution. I want to appreciate and echo that, in the last two decades, the number of Members of Parliament who were re-elected from the 11th Parliament was almost 38 per cent of the membership. That is a clear demonstration of competence by the public. In the past, it has been about 15 per cent. As it is now, 38 per cent of the Members who served in the 11th Parliament have been re-elected. I hope by the time our term comes to an end, Inshallah, 50 per cent or 60 per cent of those who are here will be re-elected."
