"content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Liza Chepkorir Chelule): Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am Hon. Liza Chelule, Member of Parliament for Nakuru County. I stand to second the Motion that has been moved by the Member for Gilgil. This is on limitation of debate on adjournment Motions. Hon. Speaker, this has been explained well in the Motion. It is in order for more time to be given to the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party to explain on behalf of the Members the reason for adjournment. I am comfortable with allocating five minutes for each Member who may want to contribute. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
