    "content": "The Constitution, which is our supreme law, creates no vacuum in that office even for one minute. I am happy that in this House, among the Jubilee Members, we have renowned and respectable lawyers like the Member of Parliament for Uasin Gishu County, Hon. Gladys Boss Shollei, Hon. Muturi Kigano, Hon. Cheptumo, the Member for Tharaka and many others. There is no anticipation in the Constitution at any given time when there will be no president in Kenya. That is why I wonder when I see renowned lawyers like Hon. Moses Wetangula and Hon. James Orengo doing disservice to this nation by not advising Baba who is an engineer and does not know law. They are good lawyers and so they should tell him that he is a good candidate, but he is not the president until that time the Supreme Court validates him and he goes to Kasarani to be sworn in as the president and is given the instruments of power. Hon. Gladys did that in the year 2013, I can remember. It was a whole ritual and fanfare.
