    "content": "I want to speak briefly on just two issues. One is the need for peace and security in this country that the President spoke about at length. I take this opportunity to thank him for having taken the opportunity as he addressed this House yesterday to speak on peace and security in this country. Beyond everything else, that is one of the most cardinal responsibilities he has as a President: to protect life and property of Kenyans. I am sure Kenyans and the world at large know today that this country is in very safe hands, those of President Uhuru Kenyatta."
