    "content": "If we are charged with the responsibility of protecting the liberty of our people that is also vested in what the President spoke about on the sanctity of the ballot, that is, the paper that the Kenyan voter goes out to mark to express his sovereign will as to who he wants to govern this country. Indeed, it is out of the sanctity of that ballot that every Member who is in this House is able to stand and speak on account of the powers that are given to us by the people of this great country."
