    "content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Roselinda Soipan Tuya): Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me a chance to contribute to the debate on the President’s Address. I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate you for your re-election as a Speaker of this august House. I also wish to congratulate our House leadership led by the Leader of the Majority Party and other leaders who have been selected. I also wish to thank the people of Narok County for giving me a second chance to serve them as their county MP. I just want to promise them that I will not let them down. Going to the President’s Speech of yesterday, there are a number of highlights that caught my attention. First is the recognition by the President of the tremendous improvement in the number of women who were elected in various positions, including governors and senators.
